Complete formwork, concrete & structure take-offs of all sizes measured using Blubeam Software.
Formwork Stripping Quanitites for stripping companies (Soffit Area, Soffit Steps, Beamsides, Edgeboards etc) so that you can ensure you get paid correctly.
Formwork designs tailored to your business (note* this still needs to be approved by a registered engineer, but will come at a reduced cost to you) and from that, take off material quantities.

Our clear and easy to understand mark-ups can be sent along with your quote letter so that the builder is 100% aware of inclusions and exclusions with no arguments.
Comprehensive drawing comparison markups and BOQ spreadsheet, showing variations from tender time to current drawings, for all of your live projects. This can allow you to claim extra in your next progress claim for all drawing changes.
Optional Material Take-offs - the team can very quickly and easily (assuming there are no drawing changes) give you lineal metres of edgeboards, beamsides, column stop ends, number of frames, jacks etc.
Unsolicited advice on whatever you may need regarding efficiencies in business operations.
Business Documents
Assistance with writing Quote Letters and other required company documents including company policies, ITP’s, Tool Box Documents, Timesheets, Variation Sheets to be signed by builders or for a variation booklet, blank daily sign on sheets etc etc.
Assistance with writing a company capability statement / portfolio to send to builders for Expressions of Interest.
Can Read, edit and mark-up scope of works for your projects which can be incorporated into the quote letter / final price submission and / or contract.
